Nitrous Express is well-known for their performance nitrous oxide systems, and this dual throttle body plate system for the 2024-2025 Ford Mustang 5.0L is a prime example of their work. This kit is designed to install between your throttle bodies and intake manifold, making for a clean and straightforward setup that adds significant power potential to your Coyote engine. It’s a single-stage system out of the box, but it comes with jetting options that let you dial in anywhere from 50 to 400 horsepower, giving you a lot of flexibility as you tune your Mustang.

What sets this system apart are the billet aluminum nitrous plates and the Lightning series solenoids. These solenoids feature an improved flow path that keeps the nitrous in a dense liquid state, which means you get more power from less nitrous. They also have an integrated purge port, so you can connect a purge valve directly to the solenoid for a cleaner look and less plumbing. The solenoids themselves are made from CNC aluminum with carbon fiber caps, keeping the weight down. The system includes everything you need to get started, including braided stainless steel lines, a master arming switch, a TPS activated WOT module for the fly-by-wire throttle, and all the necessary hardware. It also comes with a 10lb bottle equipped with a Lightning 500 valve.

This system is configured for a direct fit on the 2024 and 2025 Ford Mustang 5.0L. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also carries a Prop 65 warning.
