Manufactured from micro-alloyed spring steel, these Old Man Emu front coil springs are built for strength and durability, especially when your vehicle is heavily loaded for remote area travel or demanding off-road use. As part of Old Man Emu's integrated 4WD suspension systems, these springs are designed to match specific vehicle applications, focusing on improving ride control rather than just increasing ride height. They are double-scragged during production to reduce internal stress and enhance their lifespan.

These springs are formed on computer-precision mandrels to ensure consistent dimensions and rate, and they are finished in a durable black powder coat for protection. While they are designed to provide a lift, the primary goal is a more controlled ride, especially when paired with matching Old Man Emu shock absorbers for a fully integrated system.
