This is the Old Man Emu rear leaf spring for your 1979-1988 Toyota Pickup. These springs have some smart features that make them stand out. They include re-greasable nylon pads between the leaves to cut down on friction and noise, and most rear springs use a two-stage pack for a more comfortable ride. The leaf clamps are bolted on, which allows for anti-squeak liners, and the springs are load-tested, shot-peened, and fully scragged to ensure they meet specs, reduce stress, and resist sagging over time.
