It features a heavy-gauge steel tube that's more effective than standard tubing, and an induction-hardened chrome piston rod built for the demands of off-road touring. The nitrogen gas charge helps keep the oil flowing smoothly and extends the operating temperature range, which is crucial for resisting fade during hard use. A Teflon-infused slip ring and a multi-deflective disc stacking system with six valving discs work together to provide consistent damping and responsive handling.
