ORACLE Lighting's Surface Mount Halo Kit (part# 3990-332) for the 2015-2021 Dodge Challenger takes a different approach to halo installation. Instead of requiring you to bake open the headlights and install rings inside, these halos attach directly to the exterior of the headlight lens using a patent-pending mounting system. That cuts installation time from hours down to minutes.

The halos are encased in a polymer resin that makes them completely waterproof, meaning they can function even when submerged. ORACLE uses Bridgelux LED chips that produce strong light output while drawing less power than older LED designs. The Dynamic ColorSHIFT technology features individually addressable LEDs, so rather than the whole ring switching to a single color, you get flowing, chasing, and sequential color patterns that move through the ring.

Control is handled through a free smartphone app with over 200 pre-programmed moving patterns, static color selection, and a pixel editor for building custom designs. The wiring is plug-and-play: connect the ring terminals to your battery's positive and negative terminals, then control everything from the app. White mode is available for normal street driving.
