This kit includes the Perrin Pitch Stop Mount in black, designed to reduce drivetrain movement in your 1998-2008 Subaru Forester. The factory pitch stop mount is often a soft rubber bushing that allows for a lot of fore-aft engine and transmission movement under acceleration and deceleration. This can lead to a vague feeling when you get on or off the gas.

By replacing the stock mount with this solid unit, you're effectively locking down that movement.
