Progress Tech 04-13 Mazda 3 Rear Sway Bar (22mm - Adjustable)

Starting with a 22mm diameter solid alloy steel bar, this rear sway bar from Progress Technology is built to significantly reduce body roll in your 2004-2013 Mazda 3. When you take corners, the car's body tends to lean, which can lift the outside tires off the pavement and reduce grip. This sway bar replaces the smaller factory bar and uses harder polyurethane bushings to increase the chassis's resistance to twisting, keeping your tires flatter and more connected to the road.

This improved connection means more grip and better control, especially noticeable when you're pushing the car a bit. It's a well-known method for tuning a car's balance and reducing the common tendency for understeer, where the front of the car pushes wide in a turn. Progress Technology makes these bars in-house, cold-forming them with precision CNC bending and MIG welding the laser-cut ends in place for an exact fit.
