This product includes a pair of Progressive 465 Series 13.1-inch shocks with Remote Adjustable Preload (RAP) in a black finish, along with a RAP mounting bracket and instructions for various mounting options specific to your Harley-Davidson M8 Softail model. These shocks are built around an advanced high-pressure monotube gas design, featuring a large 46mm bore and deflective disc damping for controlled suspension action. The threaded body allows for preload adjustment, and a 5-position rotatable knob lets you fine-tune rebound damping. The robust 16mm hard chrome shaft uses custom viton seals, aiming for a low-friction and leak-free operation over its lifespan.

The 465 Series shocks are designed to offer an improved ride for a range of Harley-Davidson M8 Softail models from 2018 and newer, including popular bikes like the Fat Boy, Heritage Classic, and Street Bob. They utilize a 2:1 motion ratio and are available in standard or heavy-duty spring rates.
