This QA1 5Q Series shock absorber is a twin-tube, large-body unit designed for circle track racing. You get one shock absorber with a steel construction, featuring a black-anodized closure nut that's laser-engraved for easy identification of serial numbers and valving. The gland has relief cuts and a hyper screw port, which simplifies the process of filling and bleeding the shock during assembly. This design also makes it easy to disassemble and reassemble the shock using basic tools, allowing racers to re-valve and rebuild them quickly.

The compression tube uses a slip-fit design to further simplify the rebuild process. An upgraded seal kit is included to help minimize leaks, particularly in applications with high rebound. The two-piece body construction contributes to the ease of disassembly and reassembly.
