This QA1 27 Series monotube shock absorber is built with a steel body and features a sealed hyperscrew design, often used in IMCA racing classes. It's designed to work with the original shock mounting locations on your 1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird, making installation straightforward without needing to modify your chassis. The valving is set at 3-6M, offering a good balance for street or track use where retaining stock mounting is key.

QA1 dyno-tests every shock and assigns a serial number to ensure it meets performance standards right out of the box.
