This QA1 27 Series shock absorber is built for classes that require you to keep the original shock mounting locations on your 1971-1996 Chevrolet Impala, 1978-1988 Buick Regal, 1978-1983 Chevrolet Malibu, 1978-1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, or 1978-1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass. It's a monotube design with a large steel body, featuring a compressed height of 14.3 inches and an extended height of 22.63 inches. The top mount uses a T-bar, while the bottom uses a bushing, and it comes with an 8-1 valving curve and a sealed hyperscrew, specifically noted for IMCA use.
