QA1 87-89 Ford Mustang Level 2 Handling Kit w/ Shocks

Aimed at 1987-1989 Fox Body Mustang owners who prioritize cornering, street performance, and track day confidence, QA1's Level 2 Handling Kit is the wide stance version that retains the factory V8 track width from these model years. It is a complete front-and-rear suspension overhaul in one package.

The tubular K-member weighs 25 pounds, roughly half the factory unit, and creates additional engine bay clearance. Inverted front struts with large-diameter shafts and lightweight aluminum bodies pair with springs tuned for handling and street performance. Up to 2 inches of ride height drop is available, and aluminum caster camber plates let you fine-tune geometry for optimal cornering. Tubular control arms, boxed trailing arms, and front and rear sway bars work together to reduce body roll and eliminate the flexing and bushing bind that limit the factory suspension.

Double-adjustable rear coilovers give you independent compression and rebound tuning, making this kit suitable for both street driving and more aggressive track use. The entire system bolts in with no welding required and is made in the USA. Engine mounts are sold separately, with options for factory engines and swaps including Coyote. Not compatible with Cobra IRS.
