What is the benefit of having an indexable base eyelet?

The base eyelet is the mounting point at the bottom of the shock. Being able to unbolt and reattach it at different angles gives you flexibility during installation. This helps with shock and canister placement, especially in tight areas.

What does the nitrogen-charged canister do?

The nitrogen charge helps prevent cavitation (foaming) of the oil inside the shock absorber. This keeps the damping consistent, even under hard use. The canister can be mounted piggyback or remotely, depending on space.
