What does 'single adjustable' mean?

Single adjustable coil-overs let you adjust the rebound (how quickly the shock returns after compression). This QA1 system allows you to fine-tune the ride to your preference. More advanced systems let you adjust compression too.

Do I need any special tools to install this kit?

What spring rate should I choose?
