QTP QTEC Electric Valves

With the QTP QTEC45CPT0 electric exhaust cutout, you get the valve itself, a complete wiring harness, and a dash-mounted switch. This kit lets you instantly change your exhaust note from quiet to loud by bypassing your muffler. It’s a popular way to get a more aggressive sound when you want it, and keep things civil when you don’t.

The valve is constructed from polished stainless steel, which holds up well to the heat and exhaust gases. The electric actuator is designed for reliable operation, and the included wiring harness makes installation straightforward. You simply wire the switch to your 12-volt power source, and run the wiring to the valve. When you flip the switch, the valve opens, sending exhaust gases straight through the cutout pipe, bypassing the muffler. Flip it back, and the exhaust is routed through the muffler again.

This is a great option if you want to switch between a more mellow tone for daily driving and a wide-open, loud exhaust for spirited driving or track days.
