QuadBoss 01-05 Polaris Sportsman 400 Carburetor Kit

This QuadBoss carburetor kit uses nitrile rubber for all O-rings and rubber gaskets, ensuring a solid seal against fuel and air leaks. If your 2001-2005 Polaris Sportsman 400 is running rough, hesitating, or just not getting the fuel it needs, a worn-out carburetor is often the culprit. This kit gives you all the necessary components to bring your carb back to life.

Inside, you'll find O-rings, gaskets, jets, the needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. We've included O.E.M. jet sizes so you can get your fuel mixture dialed in correctly. For any paper gasket applications, this kit uses a high-performance interface gasket material that holds up well.

Keep in mind that this kit is based on U.S. models, so use caution if your Sportsman is an international version. Also, this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
