If your 2001-2005 Yamaha YFM660R Raptor is running rough, sputtering, or just not getting the fuel it needs, a worn-out carburetor can be the culprit. This kit gives you everything you need to rebuild your stock carburetor and get your Raptor running strong again.

Inside this kit, you'll find all the essential O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. QuadBoss uses high-performance gasket material for paper gasket applications and durable nitrile rubber for all O-rings and rubber gaskets, ensuring a solid seal. The included jets are O.E.M. sizes, so you're getting the correct specifications for your Raptor's fuel delivery.

This kit is designed to repair one carburetor. If your YFM660R Raptor has a dual carburetor setup, you'll need two of these kits to complete the job. Please note that this kit is based on US model specifications, so use discretion if installing on a non-US model. It is also not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
