The bearings themselves are built to ABEC 3 precision levels, which means they're well-made for high-speed operation. To keep those bearings protected, the kit comes with triple lip rubber seals. These seals are designed with double lip type TC seals and stainless steel garter springs, helping to keep the Chevron SRI-2 grease inside the bearing assembly while also blocking out water and dirt. This type of grease is also good for a wide temperature range, from -29ºC up to 177ºC, so it should hold up in various conditions.
