QuadBoss 04-05 Honda TRX450R (4) Carburetor Kit

This QuadBoss carburetor kit gives you all the components needed to rebuild the carburetor on your 2004-2005 Honda TRX450R. When your ATV's carburetor isn't working right, it can cause all sorts of running issues, from hard starting to poor acceleration. This kit is designed to get that fuel system back in shape.

Inside this kit, you'll find everything required for a thorough carburetor repair. That includes all the O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. QuadBoss uses high-performance gasket material for paper gasket applications and durable nitrile rubber for all O-rings and rubber gaskets, ensuring a solid seal. The included jets are O.E.M. sizes, so you're getting the correct fuel flow for your machine.

Keep in mind that this kit is based on U.S. models, so use caution if installing on a non-U.S. version. Also, this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
