QuadBoss 04-08 Arctic Cat 400 DVX Carburetor Kit

QuadBoss is known for making well-built parts for ATVs and UTVs. If your Suzuki LT-Z400 QuadSport Z from 2003-2008 is running rough or not starting, your carburetor might be the issue. This kit has everything you need to get it back in shape.

This kit includes all the O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. It uses high-performance gasket material for paper applications and nitrile rubber for O-rings and other rubber gaskets. The included jets are the same sizes as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) jets, so you know they'll work right.

This kit is designed to repair one carburetor. If your model has two carburetors, you'll need to purchase two kits. Please note that this kit is based on US models, so some discretion may be needed if installing on a non-US model. It is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
