QuadBoss 08-10 Polaris RZR 800 (02) Front UTV Wheel Bearing & Seal Kit

When you're out on the trail in your 2008-2010 Polaris RZR 800, the last thing you want is a wheel bearing failure. This QuadBoss kit is designed to get your RZR rolling smoothly again. It includes everything you need to replace the front wheel bearings and seals, helping to restore proper wheel rotation and prevent further damage.

The bearings in this kit are built to ABEC 3 precision standards, meaning they're well-made for smooth operation. They're packed with Chevron SRI-2 grease, which has rust and oxidation inhibitors and works in temperatures from -29ºC to 177ºC. To keep that good grease in and the trail grime out, the kit uses double-lip TC seals with stainless steel garter springs. These seals are tough and help keep contaminants away from the bearing surfaces, which is crucial for longevity on the off-road.
