QuadBoss 85-86 Suzuki LT250E QuadRunner Carburetor Kit

This QuadBoss carburetor kit is made for the 1985 and 1986 Suzuki LT250E QuadRunner. If your ATV's carburetor is acting up, this kit gives you all the small parts you need to get it running right again. A worn-out carburetor can cause all sorts of problems, like hard starting, rough idling, or poor acceleration, and replacing the internal parts is often the most straightforward fix.

Inside this kit, you'll find all the O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. QuadBoss uses nitrile rubber for all the O-rings and rubber gaskets, which holds up well against fuel. For any paper gasket applications, they include a high-performance interface gasket material. The kit also comes with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) jet sizes, so you're getting the correct flow rates for your specific QuadRunner model.

Keep in mind that this kit is based on US models, so if your LT250E is an import, you might need to use some discretion during installation. Also, this part is not approved by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), meaning it cannot be shipped to California.
