This QuadBoss carburetor kit contains all the parts you need to rebuild the carburetors on your 1990-1999 Kawasaki KLF220 Bayou. Since your Bayou has two carburetors, this kit includes all the components to service both of them, ensuring a complete and thorough repair.

Inside the box, you'll find all the O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and the float valve needle and seat. QuadBoss uses high-performance gasket material for paper gasket applications and durable nitrile rubber for all O-rings and rubber gaskets, so you can expect a solid seal. The kit includes O.E.M. jet sizes, making it straightforward to get your fuel system back to factory specifications.

This kit is designed for US models, so keep that in mind if your Bayou is from outside the US. It's not CARB approved, meaning it cannot be shipped to California.
