This bearing is manufactured to ABEC 3 precision levels, which means it's built to tight tolerances for smooth, high-speed operation. It also features triple lip rubber seals designed to keep the grease inside the bearing while blocking out water and dirt. The Chevron SRI-2 grease used inside has rust and oxidation inhibitors, and it performs well in a wide temperature range from -29 degrees C to 177 degrees C. The double lip type TC seals also have stainless steel garter springs, adding to their effectiveness in keeping contaminants out.
