The Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber uses a nine-position adjustable knob, letting you dial in the damping firmness for whatever driving you're doing. Whether you're on the highway or hitting the trails in your Hummer H3, you can easily change the feel of the ride to suit the conditions. This shock is built with a 2.38-inch tri-tube body, which helps it run cooler even in extreme temperatures, from -40 to 248°F, thanks to its all-weather fluid. This design helps maintain consistent performance and vehicle control.

Rancho has updated this shock for durability and looks. It features a dual-component 2K paint finish that resists chips, keeping it looking good and protected. Inside, a low-friction seal and a graphite-filled fluon-banded piston work together to absorb impacts smoothly and ensure quicker rebound. The shock also includes a polyurethane rebound bumper and bushings to soak up harshness. For off-road use or when towing and hauling, the nitrogen gas pressurization helps prevent damping fade and foaming, keeping the shock working effectively.
