This Rancho QuickLIFT loaded strut assembly is a complete, all-in-one solution designed to level the front of your 2009-2013 Ford F-150. It removes the factory rake, giving your truck a more aggressive stance, and provides an additional 1.75 inches of lift. This extra height allows you to fit larger tires, up to a 275x60x20 size, for a custom look and improved ground clearance.

What you get is a fully assembled unit, including the application-specific coil spring and upper mounting plate, which makes installation straightforward. The assembly features a Rancho RS9000XL strut with a nine-position adjustment knob.
