The Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber uses a nine-position adjustment knob, letting you dial in the damping firmness to suit your driving needs. Whether you're on the highway or hitting the trails, you can easily change the shock's stiffness to get the ride you want. This shock is built with a tri-tube body, which is 2.38 inches in diameter on this application, and filled with an all-weather fluid. This design helps keep the shock cooler during hard use, allowing it to handle internal temperatures from -40 to 248°F while maintaining better vehicle control.

Inside, a graphite-filled fluon-banded piston and polyurethane bushings work together to absorb impacts and road harshness for a smoother ride.
