Rancho is known for making tough suspension parts, and this RS5000X shock absorber is built to handle the demands of your 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler. It’s designed to replace your stock rear shocks, giving you improved control and a more comfortable ride whether you’re on the pavement or hitting the trails.

This shock features a large, twin-tube body filled with all-weather fluid, which helps it run cooler and maintain consistent performance even in extreme temperatures, from -40 to 248°F. The 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod is strong and resists corrosion, while the 35mm sintered iron piston adds structural integrity. Rancho’s exclusive valving system, including their Progressive Engagement Valving and Compression Control Valve, is custom-tuned for the Wrangler to absorb impacts smoothly and maintain control without the shock fading, thanks to the nitrogen gas pressurization up to 150 PSI.

You'll also find a polyurethane rebound bumper and rubber bushings that help soak up harshness from the road, contributing to an overall smoother ride.
