Rancho 18-20 Jeep Wrangler Fr and R Short Arm Suspension System Component - Box One

Rancho is well-known for making tough suspension parts that hold up on and off the pavement. This is Box One of their 4.5-inch short arm lift kit for the Jeep Wrangler JL, designed to give you more capability and a better ride. If you're looking to increase your ground clearance for bigger tires and more aggressive trail riding, this kit is a solid start.

This kit is engineered to give you 4.5 inches of extra ground clearance, letting you fit up to 37-inch tires. It includes front and rear progressive rate coil springs that are tuned for a comfortable ride on the road and strong performance when you're off-road. You also get adjustable upper and lower control arms, heavy-duty adjustable track bars, and extended sway bar end links. The control arms and track bars use Rancho's D2 high-articulation bushings, which are designed to be maintenance-free and allow for smooth movement without resistance, reducing wear over time. The brackets are made from high-strength steel and are designed for an easy bolt-on installation.

Keep in mind this is Box One of a three-box master kit (RS66125B). You'll need to order RS66125B-2 and RS66125B-3 to complete the full suspension system. Also, if you plan to use specific Rancho shocks (RS55067 or RS999067) with their Dynamic Rebound Spring, an aftermarket driveshaft will be needed for maximum front axle articulation. However, the front RS55065 or RS999065 shocks do not require this. This kit is designed for the Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited, though non-Rubicon models will likely see a taller lift height than Rubicon models. It comes with Rancho’s limited lifetime warranty.
