This Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber is designed for the front of your 1969-1991 Chevrolet Blazer, and fits a wide range of other trucks and SUVs from that era, like the GMC Jimmy. It gives you nine distinct levels of damping adjustment, letting you dial in the firmness you want, whether you're cruising on the highway or tackling tougher terrain off-road.

Rancho built this shock with a tri-tube body, which helps it run cooler even under demanding conditions. It uses an all-weather fluid and is pressurized with nitrogen gas to help prevent foaming and maintain consistent performance, reducing fade during hard use. The piston has a graphite-filled fluon band for smoother operation, and a polyurethane rebound bumper and bushings help absorb impacts. For durability, it features a premium liquid metallic finish and a protective polyvinyl boot, plus a dual component 2K paint finish that resists chips.

You can easily change the damping setting with the knob located on the shock body. This shock is a solid option for vehicles that tow, haul, or are used for off-roading.
