The Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber is built with a tri-tube body, which is application specific and can be up to 2.38 inches in diameter. This design, combined with an all-weather fluid, helps the shock operate cooler and withstand internal temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F, giving you more consistent control whether you're on the pavement or hitting the trail. It's designed to fit a range of trucks like the 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2007 Classic models, as well as similar GMC Sierra trucks.

You can easily tune the ride to your liking with the nine-position adjustment knob. This lets you dial in the firmness for towing, hauling, or off-roading. Inside, a graphite-filled fluon-banded piston and a low-friction seal work together to absorb impacts smoothly and ensure quicker rebound. The shock also features a premium liquid metallic finish and a protective polyvinyl boot for durability, plus a dual component 2K paint finish that resists chips.

This shock is pressurized with nitrogen gas to 45 or 60 PSI, which helps prevent the oil and gas from mixing, reducing fade and foaming during hard use. It's a solid option for hardworking trucks and SUVs that tow, haul, or venture off-road.
