Ridetech 67-69 Chevy Camaro Front Subframe w/ Hub Spindles

Ridetech's front subframe for the 1967-1969 GM F-Body replaces the entire factory front clip with a stronger, better-engineered structure. It fits the Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird from those years, and also covers 1968-1974 X-Body cars like the Nova, Chevy II, Buick Apollo, and Oldsmobile Omega.

What comes in the box goes well beyond just the subframe itself. You get upper and lower control arms, a sway bar, AFX hub spindles, steering arms, outer tie rods, and a transmission crossmember. The AFX hub spindles are a notable inclusion because they use a modern hub-bearing design rather than the old-style tapered roller bearings that the factory spindles rely on. That means less maintenance and more consistent wheel bearing preload over time.

Replacing the entire front subframe is a major undertaking, but the payoff is substantial. You get corrected suspension geometry, a stiffer structure, and modern spindle technology all in one step. This is the kind of upgrade that makes sense when you are doing a thorough build and want the front end sorted out properly rather than patching individual components one at a time. Note that coilovers or shocks and springs are not included and need to be selected separately based on your ride height and handling goals.
