This version of the Ridetech Momentum Chassis for 1968-1972 GM A-body cars pairs AFX pin spindles with a narrowed 57.25-inch rear housing. It fits the Chevelle, GTO, Cutlass, Skylark, and all their related models.

Pin Spindles

AFX pin spindles use a traditional kingpin design where the brake rotor mounts directly on the spindle. Builders who already own pin-style brake components or prefer this design for their specific setup will find this version a natural fit. The AFX geometry still gives you the modern suspension behavior of the Momentum platform.

Narrowed for Wide Tires

The 57.25-inch rear housing creates room for wider tires and deeper wheel offsets. When you are building a car that needs to fit big rubber -- whether for drag strip traction or aggressive pro touring stance -- the narrowed rear eliminates the clearance problems that stock-width housings create.

Full A-Body Coverage

One chassis fits the Chevrolet Chevelle, Pontiac GTO and LeMans, Oldsmobile Cutlass and 442, Buick Skylark and GS, and all related A-body variants from 1968-1972.
