Ridetech 73-79 Ford F-100 2WD Complete Air Suspension System - Hub Spindle

Ridetech's HQ Air Suspension System covers the 1973-1979 Ford F-100 and 1975-1979 F-150 2WD trucks, giving the dentside generation a complete modern suspension conversion. This is the hub spindle version with S550 hubs, which means you get a direct path to running modern brake packages alongside a full air ride setup.

Front and rear HQ Shockwaves handle both spring and damping duties. The front suspension system replaces the stock components with corrected geometry, and the hub spindles with S550 hubs open up brake options from the current Mustang platform. Caliper brackets are included in the box. For a truck this heavy, the ability to bolt on bigger, better brakes is a practical upgrade that complements the suspension work.

Out back, a bolt-on 4-link takes over from the factory leaf springs. This gives you more consistent axle control and a better platform for the rear Shockwaves to do their job. The 4-link eliminates the lateral axle movement that leaf springs allow, which improves handling and makes the ride more predictable under varying loads.

With air management, you can raise the truck for loading and daily driving, then drop it for a clean stance. The Shockwaves adjust ride height through air pressure, so going from work truck height to show height is a button press away. Compressor, tank, and management components are not included and need to be purchased separately. This kit fits the dentside F-100 and F-150 2WD trucks only and is not compatible with 4WD models.
