Rigid Industries 2021 Ford Bronco Roof Rack Light Kit (Incl. SR spot/flood Combo Bar)

A roof rack on your Bronco opens up serious lighting real estate, and Rigid made this kit to take full advantage of it. You get a 40-inch SR-Series light bar in a Spot/Flood combo pattern, purpose-built brackets for the Bronco roof rack, isolation bases to reduce vibration, black covers for when the bar is off, and a wiring harness to tie it all together.

40-Inch SR-Series Light Bar

The SR-Series bar puts out a wide flood pattern blended with a focused spot in the center. At 40 inches, it spans most of the Bronco's roof rack width and throws light far down the trail while illuminating the immediate surroundings. The polycarbonate lens is impact-resistant, and the alloy housing acts as a heatsink to manage LED temperatures during extended use.

Bronco-Specific Brackets

Rigid designed the roof rack bar brackets specifically for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco. The isolation bases mount between the bracket and the rack to dampen road vibration, which reduces noise and extends the life of the light bar. No drilling into the roof or rack is required -- the kit uses the existing mounting points.

Built for the Elements

IP68 dust and water ingress rating means the bar is fully sealed. The powder coat finish resists UV damage and abrasion from branches and trail debris. Operating temperature range runs from -40 degrees F to 145 degrees F, so it works in any climate you will actually drive your Bronco in. Stainless steel construction on the hardware resists corrosion year after year.
