RockJock 2021+ Bronco Johnny Joint 2 1/2in Narrow Forged 1 1/4in-12 LH Thread 74mm x 16mm Ball

The heat-treated center ball in this RockJock Johnny Joint is cross-drilled, allowing for lubrication to reach the entire joint. This is a narrow forged joint designed for fabricators and suspension builders, specifically fitting the frame side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms.

Compared to a standard heim joint, which typically offers around 22 degrees of movement, this Johnny Joint can move up to 40 degrees in any direction. It uses high-density urethane bushings around the inner ball, which provide cushioning that a heim joint can't match. The joint internals are secured by two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring.

This particular joint features a narrow 2 1/2 inch diameter body. It's equipped with a zerk fitting for easy greasing, 2.3 inches of 1 1/4 inch-12 left-hand threads on the shank, and a 74mm mounting width ball with a 16mm thru-bolt hole. The gold zinc plating offers a durable finish.
