RockJock 2021+ Bronco Johnny Joint 2 1/2in Narrow Forged 1 1/4in-12 RH Thread 74mm x 16mm Ball

The heat-treated center ball on this RockJock Johnny Joint is cross-drilled, allowing for lubrication to reach the entire joint. This is a key feature for fabricators and suspension builders working on custom setups, especially for the frame side of 2021 and up Bronco rear control arms.

Compared to a standard heim joint, which typically offers around 22 degrees of movement, this Johnny Joint can move up to 40 degrees in any direction. This unrestricted movement is made possible by the high-density urethane bushings that surround the inner ball, providing cushioning that a heim joint can't match. The joint internals are secured with two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring for durability.

This particular joint has a narrow 2 1/2 inch diameter body and comes with a zerk fitting for easy greasing. It features 2.3 inches of 1 1/4 inch-12 right-hand threads on the shank, and the ball itself measures 74mm wide with a 16mm hole for the thru bolt. It's finished in a gold zinc plating.
