This Antirock sway bar kit starts with a 36-inch long, 0.750-inch diameter bar made from SAE 4130 heat-treated steel, chosen for its strength and ability to twist under load. It's designed for custom builds and rock buggies where a standard bolt-on sway bar isn't an option. The goal here is to improve traction by allowing your suspension to articulate more freely, especially when you're navigating uneven terrain. This kit gives you the core components to build a sway bar system that works with your unique suspension setup.

You get 18-inch long fabricated steel arms that connect to the torsion bar, and the vertical links use a 14-inch long, 1/2-inch x 20 threaded rod. This rod can be cut to your specific length needs, and the kit includes the necessary 1/2-inch x 20 heim joint rod ends and jam nuts. To mount the bar, RockJock includes a universal weld-in DOM tube, measuring 1.75 inches in diameter with a 0.095-inch wall thickness, which you'll cut to fit your torsion bar length. Delrin bushings are also supplied to support the bar within this tube, ensuring smooth operation. Because this is a universal kit for custom applications, installation will require fabricating and welding the tabs to your axle tube and the DOM tube into place.
