If you're installing a high steer knuckle kit on your 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler, you'll need to address the changes in steering geometry. This axle bracket from RockJock is designed to bolt right onto your factory Dana 30 or 44 axle and corrects the geometry by raising the trac bar mounting point by 2 inches. This helps prevent bump steer, giving you more predictable handling.
Beyond correcting the trac bar angle, this bracket also relocates your steering stabilizer shock mount. It raises the anchor point significantly higher than stock, which not only corrects its geometry to match the tie rod but also helps protect the shock from trail damage. This bracket is intended to be used with RockJock's High Steer Knuckles and their stabilizer shock tie rod clamp bracket kit for a complete system.
For the best results and to maximize your suspension's up-travel, RockJock recommends using their adjustable front bump stop kit with this bracket.
