When you're pushing your Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator, or JK through some serious articulation, the factory bump stops can sometimes rotate inward and miss their intended contact point on the axle. This RockJock adjustable bump stop kit offers a unique solution. You get urethane bump stop pucks housed in billet aluminum bodies, along with steel shims and all the necessary hardware to get them installed. The kit is designed to lower the bump stop's position, ensuring it makes contact with the axle pad exactly when and where you need it, even during extreme articulation.

What sets this kit apart is the adjustability. You can fine-tune the bump stop length right on the vehicle, with a range from 1.89 to 3.15 inches. Simply use the included spanner wrench to loosen the bump stop body, add or subtract the 5/16-inch thick steel shims, and then retighten. The original factory yellow jounce bumpers are retained and reinserted into the bottom of the new aluminum RockJock bodies, which helps maintain that familiar factory feel when the bump stops engage. The aluminum components have a clear anodized finish, while the shims and bolts are zinc plated for durability.
