The tie rod bar itself is a solid 1 5/8-inch billet aluminum piece, with CNC machined ends featuring engraved RJ logos. For the rod ends, RockJock uses massive 1 1/4-inch forged steel units with RH/LH threads. These are designed as a direct bolt-in for your stock vehicle, but you can also flip them for a reversed orientation if needed. What really sets this apart is the RockNut locking technology, which uses a locking collet system instead of traditional jam nuts. This means it won't come loose like a standard jam nut can, giving you more confidence on the trail. The aluminum tie rod bar has a clear anodized finish, the RockNuts are black zinc plated, and the rod ends are powder coated semi-gloss black, so it's ready to go right out of the box.
