RockJock Johnny Joint Rod End 2 1/2in Forged 2.365in X .484in Ball 1in-14 RH Thread Shank

This is a RockJock Johnny Joint rod end, a popular choice for fabricators building custom suspension systems. It's designed to give you a full 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction, which is more than you'd typically get from a standard heim joint. The urethane bushings inside help cushion things, something a heim joint can't do.

The center ball is heat treated and has a hole drilled through it for lubrication, and it's kept in place by two heavy-duty washers and a snap ring. This particular joint has a 2 1/2 inch diameter ball that measures 2.365 inches wide, with a 0.484 inch hole for the thru-bolt. The shank has 2 1/4 inches of 1 inch-14 right-hand threads, and it comes with a zerk fitting so you can easily grease it externally. It's finished in gold zinc plating.
