This RockJock Johnny Joint rod end starts with a forged construction, giving it a solid foundation for custom suspension builds. It offers a notable 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction, which is more than you'd typically get from a standard heim joint. The high-density urethane bushings inside help cushion the ride, something a heim joint can't do. The heat-treated center ball is cross-drilled so you can easily lubricate it through the zerk fitting, and it's held in place by two heavy-duty, heat-treated washers and a snap ring.

This particular joint measures 2 1/2 inches across the ball, with a mounting width of 3.280 inches and a .718 inch hole for the thru-bolt.
