This is a RockJock Johnny Joint rod end, specifically the narrow style that's designed to be welded onto your custom suspension components. You get the joint itself, which includes the heat-treated center ball, high-density urethane bushings, two heavy-duty heat-treated side washers, and a snap ring to hold it all together. It also comes with a zerk fitting for greasing, so you can keep the internals lubricated.

What makes these joints stand out is the amount of movement they allow – up to 40 degrees in any direction, which is a lot more than a typical heim joint. The urethane bushings help cushion things, giving you a bit of a softer ride compared to a joint that's all metal. The center ball is cross-drilled for lubrication, and the narrow outer shell is made from .180 wall DOM tubing that's ready to be welded.
