RockJock Johnny Joint Rod End 2 1/2in Weld-On 2.368in X .625in Ball Ext. Greased

This is a single RockJock Johnny Joint rod end, designed for fabricators building custom suspension components. You get the weld-on joint itself, which features a heat-treated center ball with lubrication holes and high-density urethane bushings. It also includes two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring to keep everything in place, along with a zerk fitting for external greasing.

What sets this Johnny Joint apart is its ability to move up to 30 degrees in any direction, which is more than a standard heim joint. The urethane bushings help cushion the ride, something a heim joint can't do. The outer shell is made from .180-inch wall DOM tubing that you can weld onto your own suspension arms or track bars. This particular joint has a 2.5-inch outer diameter and a 2.368-inch mounting width, with a .625-inch hole for the thru-bolt. It's designed without a flange on one side, making it suitable for front track bar applications.
