Built from .180 wall DOM tubing, this RockJock Johnny Joint rod end is made for fabricators and custom suspension builders. It offers a full 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction, which is notably more than the typical 22 degrees you'd find on a heim joint. This extra range of motion is thanks to the high-density urethane bushings that surround the heat-treated center ball, providing a cushioning effect that heim joints can't match.

The center ball is cross-drilled to allow for lubrication through the bolt hole, and the internals are secured with two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring. The outer shell is designed to be welded onto your custom suspension components, and it comes with a zerk fitting so you can easily grease the joint. This particular joint measures 2 1/2 inches in outer diameter, has a mounting width of 2.440 inches, and features a .515 inch thru-bolt hole.
