Built for fabricators and suspension system builders, this RockJock Johnny Joint rod end starts with a .180 inch wall DOM tubing outer shell that's ready to be welded onto your custom links. It gives you a full 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction, which is a notable improvement over the 22 degrees you'd typically get from a common heim joint. This extra range of motion is thanks to the high-density urethane bushings that surround the heat-treated center ball, providing a bit of cushioning that heim joints can't match.

The center ball itself is cross-drilled for lubrication, and you can easily grease the internals through the zerk fitting on the outer shell. Keeping everything secure are two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring. This particular joint has a 3.150 inch mounting width for the ball and a .718 inch thru-hole for your bolt.
