RockJock Johnny Joint Rod End 2in Narrow Forged 1.750in X .500in Ball 3/4in-16 LH Thread Shank

This is a RockJock Johnny Joint rod end, a popular choice for fabricators building custom suspension systems. It's designed to give you a lot more movement than a standard heim joint, allowing your suspension to articulate freely over rough terrain or during extreme off-roading. The key here is the high-density urethane bushing that surrounds the inner ball, which not only allows for up to 40 degrees of movement in any direction but also provides a bit of cushioning that a metal-on-metal heim joint can't offer.

The center ball is heat-treated and cross-drilled so you can easily lubricate it through the included zerk fitting. It's held in place by two heavy-duty washers and a snap ring. This particular joint has a 2-inch diameter body, a 1.750-inch wide ball with a 0.500-inch hole for the mounting bolt, and a 3/4-inch by 16-thread-per-inch left-hand shank that's 2.25 inches long. It's finished in gold zinc plating for corrosion resistance.
