Starting with a 1.800 inch diameter heat-treated center ball, this RockJock Johnny Joint rod end is built for custom suspension fabrication. It offers a notable 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction, significantly more than a standard heim joint, thanks to its high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. This design also provides cushioning that a heim joint simply can't match.

The shank features 2 1/4 inches of 3/4 inch-16 left-hand threads, allowing for precise adjustments in your suspension setup. The .625 inch thru-bolt hole is cross-drilled for easy lubrication via the included zerk fitting, ensuring the joint stays well-greased. Internals are secured by two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring, all housed within a 2-inch forged body finished in gold zinc plating for corrosion resistance.
