If you're building a custom suspension system from the ground up, you know how important it is to have components that allow for serious articulation. These narrow weld-on Johnny Joints from RockJock are designed for fabricators who need to push the limits of suspension movement.

Unlike a standard heim joint, which typically offers about 22 degrees of movement, these Johnny Joints give you a full 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction. That extra range comes from a high-density urethane bushing that cushions the heat-treated center ball, something a heim joint just can't replicate. The center ball is cross-drilled for lubrication, and you can easily grease it through the zerk fitting on the outer shell. The joint is retained by heavy-duty washers and a snap ring, and the outer shell is made from weldable DOM tubing.

This particular joint has a 2-inch outer diameter, a narrow body design, and a 1.600-inch mounting width with a 0.562-inch thru-bolt hole. It's ready to be welded onto your custom control arms, track bars, or any other suspension link you're fabricating.
